Marilyn McWilliams has represented income property investors since 1973. She has a senior listing in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate, is past board member of the National Council of Exchangors, and is active in the Oregon CCIM Chapter. Marilyn co-owned an advertising agency, and for nine years was the financial officer of Northwest Analytical. She teaches counseling and communications, taught real estate at Portland Community College, and attended Lewis & Clark Law School.
